At Yejoye (yejoye.com), we specialize in custom-made mascot costumes and provide worldwide shipping with transparent pricing and reliable delivery.

1. Production Time (Made-to-Order Products)

All mascot costumes are custom-made based on customer requirements.

Standard production time: 5–7 working days
Complex designs may require additional time

Before shipment, we provide photos and/or videos for confirmation. Orders will only be shipped after customer approval.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options:

(1) Free Standard Shipping

Delivery time: 10–15 working days
Includes basic tracking
Suitable for non-urgent orders

(2) Express Shipping (Paid)

Flat rate: USD $100
Delivery time: 5–7 working days
Full tracking provided (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Recommended for urgent orders

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

All packages are securely packed with shockproof and waterproof protection

After shipment, you will receive:

Tracking number
Carrier information
Tracking link

4. Shipping Fees & Import Duties

Free Shipping: Included in product price
Express Shipping: USD $100 (optional)

All orders are shipped with duties and taxes included (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
Customers are not required to pay any additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
A recipient must be available to receive the package
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping fees will apply

6. Shipping Issues

If any issue occurs:

Tracking delay:
No updates for 3+ days (Express) or 7+ days (Standard), please contact us
Damaged items:
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
Lost packages:
We offer free re-production & re-shipping or a full refund
