Order Cancellation Policy

Because all products at Yejoye (yejoye.com) are custom-made, cancellation eligibility depends on the time elapsed since order confirmation and the stage of production.

1. Cancellation Timeframe & Conditions

Cancellation requests are handled according to the time elapsed after the order is confirmed and the required payment or deposit is received:

• Within 48 hours:
  The order may be cancelled free of charge. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• From 48 hours to 5 days:
  Production may have started, including material preparation or initial manufacturing. A refund of 80% of the total order amount will be issued.
• From 5 days to 10 days:
  Production is likely to be substantially completed. A refund of 50% of the total order amount will be issued.
• After 10 days:
  The order cannot be cancelled because production is completed or near completion.

2. Cancellation Process

1. Submit your request:
   Email sale@yejoye.com and include:
   • Your order number
   • The customer name used for the order
   • A brief reason for the cancellation
2. Eligibility review:
   We will review the request and confirm cancellation eligibility within 1 working day.
3. Refund processing:
   If approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary by payment provider.

3. Important Notes

• For deposit-based orders, the applicable refund percentage is calculated using the deposit amount received.
• Any approved design changes or production arrangements may affect the cancellation status of the order.
